This Spring Kevin received an award at Booster's year end gatherings. It is called the Tipping Point Award. It's given to the guys in the company who have made a significant contribution to the company in the previous year. It was a huge honor especially since he hasn't been there too long. I got to be there for he ceremony. I was so very proud of him!
