Again it's been months since I last blogged, but I thought I'd write a quick post while I was thinking about it. Much has transpired in the past few months. The biggest news is that we are anxiously awaiting the birth of our 4th child. It's a boy to be named Knox Carlysle Stout. Knox is significant because of John Knox, one of the leaders of the protestant reformation. Carlysle was my grandfather's name. My grandfather was a great man and served as a Marine in WWII.
The kids are getting excited about having a new baby, and we pray the transition will go smoothly. The Fall has been pretty normal. We are enjoying our second year of home schooling. I definately feel like I've gotten much more adjusted to it and am seeing the fruit of investing in my kids in this way.
This is the worst part of pregnancy to me. I guess because I'm so out of control. Knowing that a baby could come today or 10 days from now makes it hard to just enjoy today. I just want to have it all planned out. But we are thankful for God's blessing on our family in this way.
